The RCM, Rugby Club Management, is the managing agent of Expat Rugby in the UAE and West Asia. It is contracted with UAERF and manages all aspects of competition and games from u5’s through to open level.

It comprises of the all the Rugby Clubs in the Region, and is represented by them all at the Annual General Meeting.

The RCM has a Working Group that deals with queries that arise, and has an appointed management Team:

• Rocco De Bruyn – Chairman
• Peter Clapp – Vice Chairman & Head of M&Y
• Matt Born – Director of Operations
• Jen Bramwell – Administrator

The RCM funds itself through membership fees, which it then uses to cover the costs of the competitions it manages.

The RCM’s objective is grow rugby in a sustainable manner whilst protecting the special values of Rugby. The RCM wants to see Rugby be the biggest sport in the UAE.
