She Runs 2025, the UAE’s flagship running event dedicated to women and girls, will return to the streets of Expo City Dubai on Sunday, November 2, for a second consecutive year. The race, now in its 12th edition, is set to attract thousands of participants in a celebration of fitness, connection, and change.

The event, formerly known as the Women’s Run, drew over 5,000 runners in 2024 — including more than 2,000 school-aged girls — and organisers expect a 20% increase in participation this year. With distances ranging from 1K to 10K, as well as a dedicated Girls’ Run and a route for People of Determination, She Runs 2025 makes running accessible to all.

“Expo City is a city of possibilities and that’s exactly what She Runs represents,” said Dr. Harmeek Singh, CEO of Plan b Group. “For every girl crossing the starting line, the race marks the start of building confidence, connection, and community.”

Race Village Returns to Al Forsan Park

At the heart of the event will be the fan-driven Race Village at Expo City’s Al Forsan Park. It will host interactive wellness zones, youth-led performances, family-friendly fitness challenges, and community art installations. Attendees can also explore a marketplace of female-led brands offering sustainable fashion, health foods, and innovative wellness solutions.

Mindfulness tents, recovery stations, and mental health hubs will provide holistic support for participants and visitors alike. Educators, coaches, and student leaders will take to the stage to share insights and inspiration.

Registration is now open through sheruns.me and Premier Online. Whether running as a student, mother, mentor, or first-timer, participants can join one of the region’s most inclusive wellness movements.
