With the countdown underway, Dubai is preparing to welcome thousands of athletes and fitness advocates for the return of the T100 Triathlon World Tour, the headline event of this year’s 30×30 Dubai Fitness Challenge.

Running from 13–16 November, the four-day festival combines high-level racing, community events, family activities, and live entertainment—right in the heart of the city.

A full-weekend lineup offers a gradient of challenges:

  • Thursday’s Duathlon Relay allows teams of two or three to take on a run-bike-run format.
  • Friday’s School Aquathon at Jumeirah 3 Beach – Sunset gives younger participants a swim-run experience in a beachside setting.
  • Saturday features the Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run) and the high-energy Music Run, a fun 5K with live DJ support.
  • Sunday concludes the weekend with the T100 Triathlon—a 100km endurance challenge (2km swim, 80km bike, 18km run), starting at Jumeirah Beach and finishing at the Burj Khalifa.

The Event Village complements the races with food, entertainment, and social spaces. Irish Village leads the hospitality zone with licensed bar service and curated menus. Loop pedal artist Dan Moores will perform across key days, and DJs will keep the music flowing all weekend.

The Kids Zone includes shaded play areas, bouncy castles, the Big Red Slide, VR games, arts & crafts, and lawn games. Families can enjoy the event while staying active and engaged throughout the day.

Spectators can catch key race moments from the Royal Bridge during the cycling stage and cheer on runners at multiple points in the Race Village loop.

Organisers will distribute spot prizes to standout supporters, including official T100 merchandise for the most vocal cheerers, creative sign-makers, and best-dressed fans.

Hospitality tickets for Sunday’s T100 offer shaded seating, curated catering, and direct views of the finish line. Packages include:

  • AED 295 (soft drinks)
  • AED 395 (house beverages for ages 21+)
  • AED 75 (children 10 and under)
  • Free entry for children under 3

Tickets are available until 31 October at dubait100trihospitality.rsvpify.com.
