Empire Rugby Academy is proud to be the first female-only performance rugby academy in the UAE, dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and developing the next generation of elite female rugby players.

The academy is currently created specifically for U16 and U19 girls, and delivers a structured performance programme that combines high-quality rugby coaching with a strong performance development focus.

The academy focuses on developing well-rounded athletes by exposing them to nutritional guidance, psychology talks, and a structured strength and conditioning programme.

Led by an experienced all-female coaching team, Empire offers masterclass sessions across all formats of the game, while giving players access to top performance guest coach specialists and exposure to hearing from international rugby stars. Empire is committed to supporting athletes in progressing to university rugby, professional clubs, and national and international programmes.
